Dewey's Simple Fruit Smoothie

A simple fruit and yougurt smoothie.

Yields: 2 16 ounce servings

Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups  frozen  fruit, blend (strawberries, pineapples, mangos, and bananas)
  • 1 14 cups  orange juice or 1 14 cups  orange juice, and pineapple juice blend
  • 1  cup  no-fat yogurt (Plain or Vanilla)
  • 14 cup oatmeal (optional)
  • 1  teaspoon honey (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender on medium speed until smooth (about 2 minutes.) Adjust juice for a thicker or soupier smoothie to your preference. I normally funnel into 2 empty 16.9 oz. water bottles and chill in the freezer for approximately 30 minutes. Excellent on the go.
