Delicious Slow Cooker Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of broccoli soup
- 2 (12 ounce) bags frozen broccoli cuts
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 cup instant minced onion
- 2 (10 ounce) soup cans milk
- 1 (6 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 1⁄4 lbs cheddar cheese or 1 1⁄4 lbs monterey jack cheese, finely shredded
- 1 (14 ounce) can vegetable broth
Directions
- Combine 'cream of' soups, milk and seasonings in the slow cooker; stir well and cover; cook on HIGH 1-1/2 hours; remove lid and stir well again; add the frozen broccoli and cheese; stir really well (it'll be thick); cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours; remove lid, add vegetable broth and stir well again; cover and cook on LOW until ready to serve.
