Decadent Double Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
- 2 baking chocolate squares, melted
- 1⁄4 cup cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 1 1⁄4 cups sugar
- 1⁄3 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄3 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 1⁄2 cups grated zucchini
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3⁄4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or 3⁄4 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spray two 9x5-inch loaf pans with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine chocolate, cocoa, eggs, egg whites, sugar, oil, yogurt, zucchini, and vanilla. Beat well.
- Stir in the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared pans.
- Bake in preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until a knife or toothpick inserted into the center of a loaf comes out clean.
