Debbie's Fruit Yogurt Smoothie

Serves: 3-4
Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt (I use nonfat Dannon)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup strawberry (about 7 or 8)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal (optional)
Directions
- Put all ingredients into the blender and blend away!
- Enjoy!
