Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons green onions, sliced thin
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Madras curry powder
- 1⁄4 cup carrot, grated
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Seal and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
