Cucumber Yogurt Dressing

This is really simple and works great with falafel or just on a salad.

Ingredients

• 8  ounces plain yogurt
• 1  medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
• 2  teaspoons white wine vinegar
• 1  tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped (or 1 tsp. dried)
• 1  garlic clove, minced
• 1⁄4 teaspoon white pepper

Directions

1. Just combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir. It's that simple!
