Ingredients
- 3 arabic cucumbers (small cucumbers)
- 1 cup mild natural drinking yoghurt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried mint
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon rose water
Directions
- Place yoghurt into a bowl.
- Add garlic mint, rose water and spices to yoghurt.
- Mix well.
- Dice cucumbers into small pieces.
- Add cucumbers to yogurt.
- Serve.
