Crunchy Romaine Salad

Ingredients
- 3 ounces ramen noodles
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1⁄3 cup white wine vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄3 cup orange juice
- 1 lb broccoli
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 4 green onions
Directions
- Toast noodles, butter and walnuts.
- Combine olive oil,vinegar,sald,pepper,and orange juice for dressing.
- Mix broccli, lettuce, and onions for the salad base.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds, oranges, and strawberries for garnish.
