Crock Pot Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
- 5 large potatoes (extra-large)
- 1 1⁄2-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 (10 1/2ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (16 ounce) carton sour cream
Directions
- Boil the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, in their skin.
- Once done, drain and cool. Then peel off skin and shred into your crock pot.
- Add the soup, sour cream and cheese and mix well.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours, or on low 6-7.
