Crispy Oven-Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) package fresh broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary (optional)
- 1 small garlic clove, thinly sliced
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Toss broccoli with oil, rosemary (if using), and salt and pepper on large sheet pan. Arrange in single layer and roast in center of oven, turning occasionally, until broccoli is golden brown in spots about 20 minutes.
- Add garlic and toss to combine. Cook 2 minutes longer. Season as necessary.
