Creamy Tomato, Pepper & Bacon Dip

Ingredients
- 5 ounces low-fat plain yogurt
- 1⁄2 red pepper, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 3 slices streaky bacon, grilled and chopped
- 3 tomatoes, peeled, deseeded and chopped
- fresh ground black pepper
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve garnished with strips of red pepper.
