Creamy Greek-Style Caprese Salad

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cucumber
- 1 regular container grape tomatoes
- 2 green onions
- 8 ounces pearl mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄2 cup greek low-fat yogurt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt, to taste
Directions
- Seed and chop cucumber.
- Cut tomatoes in half.
- Slice green onions including white portion thinly.
- Using medium bowl, add all veggies and pearl mozzarella cheese.
- Add Greek yogurt and seasonings and mix until coated.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
