Creamy Fruit Salad

This came from the Steuben County Farm Bureau 2011 Country Cooking Cook Book. I have not tried this recipe, posting for safe keeping.

• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 11  ounces mandarin oranges, drained
• 8 1⁄4 ounces  sliced  peaches, drained
• 8  ounces pineapple chunks, drained
• 1  cup mini marshmallows
• 4  ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1⁄2 cup plain yogurt
• 1⁄4 cup sugar

Directions

1. In a bowl, combine first 4 ingredients, in a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, yogurt and sugar until smooth; pour over fruit and toss to coat.
2. Chill 15 minutes.
