CREAMY CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI PESTO PASTA

Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli floret
- salt
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 -2 teaspoon pesto sauce
- 75 g shredded chicken
- 1 cup wheat pasta
Directions
- Step 1.
- Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water until tender for 5 minutes.
- Step 2.
- Remove to a bowl with a slotted spoon. Add pasta to water and cook. Drain the excess water. Add broccoli & pesto sauce in a blender and grind it coarsely.
- Step 3.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Step 4.
- Stir broccoli pesto and pasta until well coated & mix in the shredded chicken.
