Cream of Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
- 2 quarts chicken broth
- 1 1⁄2 lbs broccoli
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Cook broth & broccoli over med heat until broccoli is very tender. Mash broccoli until it's mostly broken up. Add cornstarch to 1 cup water and mix, add to broth cook until thickened. Add salt & pepper to taste. Add cream and continue to cook until heated.
