Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup skim-milk natural yogurt
- 3⁄4 cup rolled oats
- 1⁄3 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1 small green apple, grated coarsely
- 1⁄4 cup dried cranberries
Directions
- Combine yogurt, oats and juice in a small bowl; cover, refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
- Just before serving, stir in remaining ingredients.
