Crab and Parmesan Toasts

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb crabmeat
- 1 1⁄4 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 sun-dried tomatoes, minced
- 36 baguette, slices cut 3/8 inch thick
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- In a medium bowl, combine mayo, cheese, chives, lemon juice and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Fold in tomatoes and crab.
- Lay baguette slices in a single layer on a baking sheet and spread each with about 1 tablespoon of crab mixture.
- Bake until golden brown and bubbly, about 5-7 minutes.
