Cottage Cheese and Veggie Dip (Low Fat)

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1⁄3 cup scallion, sliced
- 1⁄4 cup fresh parsley
- 1⁄4 cup green pepper, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- parsley sprig (to garnish)
Directions
- Blend the first 6 ingredients in blender.
- Spoon into a serving bowl. Whisk in yogurt.
- Serve at room temperature, garnished with parsley.
