Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli, thawed
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 1 onion, chopped
- 8 ounces cottage cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 package instant cornbread mix
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Place mixture in casserole dish or baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes in preheated oven at 425 degrees F.
