Corn Pudding

Ingredients
- 3 cups creamed corn
- 3⁄4 cup cornmeal
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 ounces grated cheddar cheese
Directions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour into greased 2 quart casserole.
- Bake at 400 until lightly browned, about 45-55 minute.
