Ingredients
- 1 (9 ounce) package fresh tortellini
- 1 cup broccoli, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup cauliflower, coarsely chopped
- 2 small carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1⁄2 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
- 1⁄2 cup fresh, grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except cheese in large bowl, tossing gently.
- Top with cheese.
