Club Cracker Cabbage Bake

  1. Cut cabbage into bite-size pieces. Put in a large bowl.
  2. Add cold water and salt. Pare boil the cabbage for 10 or 15 minutes, drain.
  3. Melt 1/2 stick of margarine. Add milk and flour and stir until creamy.
  4. Add cheese. Heat until cheese is melting. Heat until cheese is melted.
  5. Put cabbage in a 9x13 dish. Add salt and pepper. Pour cheese sauce over the cabbage.
  6. Crush 1 pkg of Club crackers until firm. Melt 1 stick of margarine and pour over crackers. Mix well. Sprinkle over cabbage.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until top is brown.
