Cilantro Lime Salad Dressing

My friend and I were chatting about what would be a good dressing for a salad at her son's wedding and the idea for this dressing popped into mind. I happened to have a the items at home, so I decided to whip it up and give it a try. Yummmola!

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup olive oil
• 2  limes, juiced with pulp
• 4  garlic cloves
• 1  clump cilantro, de-stem
• 2  tablespoons honey
• 2  tablespoons water
• 1  avocado

Directions

1. Put all items in food processor and blend until smooth. Pour over spinach or mixed greens and add any toppings that suit your fancy. Toss.
