Chocolate Tofu Milkshake

I almost never make a shake or smoothie without silken tofu now, it just makes it taste so much creamier ^__^ Sometimes I add a banana for extra enjoyment. It tastes even better with flavoured yogurts, like cappuccino. Just a note: nesquik syrup is vegan friendly, and has no artificial sweeteners. Show more

Directions

  1. Cut up ripe banana into chunks, place at bottom of blender, follow with tofu, sugar or sugar substitute, milk, syrup and any optional extra ingredients.
  2. Another good combination is to leave out the chocolate syrup and use no sugar added maple syrup instead, which goes great with the banana and regular white milk or vanilla soymilk.
