Chocolate Chip Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 40 g chocolate chips
- 25 g cocoa powder
- 75 g flour
- 100 g soft butter
- 100 g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
Directions
- cream the sugar and the butter.
- add the eggs and vanilla.
- add the dry ingredients then the chocolate chips.
- cook in a oven at gas mark 6 for 15 minutes.
- Place on a wire rack to cool.
