  1. Preheat oven to 170 D. Celcius. Grease deep 22cm round cake pan,.

  3. Combine milk and juice in a small jug, stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Beat butter and sugar in a small bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until just combined. Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in sifted flour + soda, banana, milk mixture and chocolate.
  5. Spread mixture into pan; bake for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  6. Stand cake for 5 minutes, top-side up, onto a wire rack to cool.
  7. Cream Cheese Frosting:.
  8. Melt chocolate in a pot over a medium saucepan of simmering water.
  9. Gradually stir in icing sugar and yoghurt.
