Chicken with Roquefort Sauce

  1. For sauce, in a small bowl combine yogurt, onion, Roquefort, chives and white pepper.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Brush the cut sides of pears with lemon juice.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Rinse chicken; pat dry.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Grill chicken over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  8. Turn chicken.
  9. Add pears to grill, cut sides down.
  10. Grill chicken and pears for 7 to 10 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
  11. Serve chicken and pears with sauce.
