Chicken With Pasta and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 cups pasta (small shells or penne)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 cup mushroom, cleaned and sliced
- 1 cup bell pepper, cut into 2 inch strips
- 1⁄2 cup broccoli floret
- 15 ounces chicken broth
- 2 cups chicken breasts, cooked and cut into 1 inch dice
- fresh ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in 1/2
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Add oil to a large skillet and heat over medium high heat. Sauté vegetables until tender crisp, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Add cooked pasta, cooked chicken, broth, and seasonings. Simmer about 5 minutes.
- Before serving, add tomatoes and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
