Chicken Tikkas

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken pieces, bone-in with skin
Marinade
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 -2 garlic clove, minced
- 1 onion, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cardamom
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1⁄4 teaspoon clove
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne
Dip
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup chopped of fresh mint, loosely packed
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Directions
- Combine marinade ingredients and marinate chicken all day or overnight in refrigerator.
- Also combine dip ingredients and chill all day or overnight.
- Grill or broil chicken, 5-7 minutes per side, basting with marinade, until chicken is done and skin is crisp.
- Serve chicken with dip.
