Chicken Salad and Roasted Veggie Panini

Ingredients
- 2 slices of homemade bread
- 1⁄2 cup chicken salad (your choice)
- 1⁄2 cup roasted vegetables
- 1 sliced provolone cheese
- mayonnaise (as desired)
Directions
- Spread bread with mayonnaise on the inside and a little butter on the outside.
- Put one slice on the panini gridddle.
- Add the cheese, chicken salad, and veggies.
- Put top slice of bread on and grill.
