Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1⁄2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1⁄3 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 1⁄2 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1⁄4 cup chopped red onion
Directions
- mix yogurt mayonaise parsley flakes seasoned salt and ground pepper until combined. add chicken celery and onion. toss to coat well and cover. refrigerate at least 30 minutes. serve on a sandwich or salad greens.
