Chick Pea Salad

Ingredients
- 320 g chickpeas, canned
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground cilantro
- 1 teaspoon Madras curry powder
- 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 carrot
- 1 small onion
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Directions
- Heat peanut oil in pan and stew cumin.
- Add all other herbs and turn off heat, then add water.
- Grate carrot and onion, mix with yogurt, lemon juice, mayonnaise, mustard and chick peas.
