Cheesy Flapjack

Yields: 9 squares
Ingredients
- 85 g butter
- 115 g cheese, grated
- 1 egg, beaten
- 150 ml plain yogurt
- 225 g rolled oats
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180c/gas, lightly oil a 7inch square cake tin.
- Melt the butter in a large saucespan.Remove from heat & stir in the cheese, egg, yogurt & oats until well blended. Season to taste.
- Spoon into the prepared tin & level the surface. Bake for 30 minutes until golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tin.
- Cut into 9 squares.
