Cheese Flans Ice Cream

This is my favorite dessert which was brought down from generations. I served this everyday in my restaurant and my patrons just loved it.

• Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

• 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
• 2 (14 ounce) cans  condensed milk
• 1  cup  cream
• 1  cup sugar
• 8  ounces cream cheese (soften)
• 1  tablespoon vanilla extract
• 6  eggs

Directions

1. Blend evaporated milk, 2 can of condensed milk and 6 eggs until mixed well then add rest of ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour into a freezer safe container and freeze over night. Serve with vanilla cookies.
