Cheese and Fruit Kabobs

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb low-fat cheddar cheese, cut in 1 inch chunks
- 1⁄2 lb swiss cheese, cut in 1 inch chunks
- 2 cups fresh pineapple, peeled and cut in 1 inch chunks
- 2 cups seedless grapes
- 1 pint strawberry
Directions
- Thread chunks of cheese, and fruit alternately on 8 wooden skewers.
