Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 bunch watercress, rough chopped
- 1 ounce walnuts, rough chopped
- 4 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- Arrange cauliflower, watercress, and walnuts in a serving dish.
- Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over salad.
- Serve.
