Carrot Yogurt Squares

Ingredients
- 1 cup honey
- 3⁄4 cup oil
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 3⁄4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup raisins
Frosting
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Heat oven to 350*.
- Grease 13x9 pan.
- In lg bowl, combine honey, oil, yogurt and eggs; beat well.
- Add flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; mix well.
- Stir in carrots, nuts and raisins; mix well.
- Pour into pan; bake for 35 minutes, until cake tests done.
- Cool.
- Frosting: Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and beat until creamy, adding more milk if needed.
