Cappuccino Mousse

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- 1⁄4 cup nonfat milk
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking cocoa
- 1⁄4 teaspoon instant coffee granules
- 1⁄3 cup nonfat yogurt, coffee flavored
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄2 cup light whipped topping
Directions
- In a small saucepan pour in milk and sprinkle gelatin over; let stand 1 minute Heat over low heat stirring until gelatin is completly dissolved. Add coco and coffee, stir until dissolved.
- Transfer to a small mixing bowl and refrigerate until mixture begins to thicken.
- Beat until lightly and fluffy. Combine yogurt and sugar; beat into gelatin mixture. Fold in whipped topping. Divided between two dessert dishes.
- Refridgerate until firm.
