Capellini Piedmontese

Ingredients
- 1 lb angel hair pasta, cooked
- 8 ounces Italian sausage
- 2 hot hungarian peppers
- 1⁄2 cup sun-dried tomato, julienne
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 8 ounces small shrimp
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 8 ounces olive oil
- 8 ounces chicken broth
- 1⁄4 cup basil, chopped
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Heat oil in large skillet, brown sausage. Add garlic, hot peppers, allow to brown and blister. Add remaining ingredients all to boil. Add pasta, adjust seasoning.
