Cajun Jambalaya Pasta

Usually jambalaya calls for rice, but this is an amazing pasta dish.

  1. Heat oil in large skillet.
  2. Saute sausage and chicken until browned and cooked through.
  3. Season well with cajun seasoning.
  4. Add onion and saute until cooked.
  5. Add wine and adjust seasoning.
  6. Add broccoli and shrimp.
  7. Cover and steam until broccoli is bright green and shrimp is pink and cooked.
  8. Stir in drained hot pasta.
  9. Heat through and serve immediately.
