Buttermilk Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon peel, grated
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt, nonfat
- 1 cup buttermilk
Directions
- Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- In a separate bowl, combine yogurt and buttermilk.
- Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just moistened.
- Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack.
