Ingredients
- 1 cup bulgur, made in broth
- 1⁄2-1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 teaspoons sage
- 1 tablespoon onion, dry minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg (or rehydreated powdered egg)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper or 1 dash hot sauce
Directions
- Mix together and fry in breakfast sized patties.
