Bulgar Chickpea Burgers

Yields: 4 Burgers
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup Bulgar wheat
- 15 ounces chickpeas
- 2⁄3 cup scallion
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 teaspoon smoke paprika
- 1 flax egg
- 2 tablespoons broth or 2 tablespoons wine
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1 garlic clove

Directions
- Cook bulgar - simmer for 12 minute Cool slightly.
- Place all ingredients in food processor (except from broth on). Process until smooth.
- Shape in 4 patties, cook on med heat.
- mash avocado, add garlic and salt. Serve over burgers.
