  1. Cook bulgar - simmer for 12 minute  Cool slightly.
  2. Place all ingredients in food processor (except from broth on).  Process until smooth.
  3. Shape in 4 patties, cook on med heat.
  4. mash avocado, add garlic and salt.  Serve over burgers.
