Buffalo Turkey Cheeseburger With Blue Cheese Brocoli Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups broccoli, slaw
  • 14 cup  blue cheese dressing (see recipe)
  • 1 14 lbs ground turkey, 93% lean
  • 23 cup carrot (grate in food processor)
  • 14 cup  breadcrumbs, seasoned whole wheat
  • 1  garlic clove, grated
  • 1  tablespoon red onion, grated
  • 14 cup  Frank's red hot sauce
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 1  cooking spray
  • 5  slices reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 5  hamburger buns, whole wheat (I used Martin’s 100 calorie Potato Whole Wheat Buns)

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl combine broccoli slaw and skinny blue cheese dressing. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, carrots, breadcrumbs, garlic, onion, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Makes 5 equal patties, 5.5 oz each.
