Broiled Squash With Yogurt

Ingredients
- 4 small squash
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cup yogurt
- salt and pepper
- olive oil, for garnish
- parsley, for garnish
Directions
- Peel the squash and cube them, and boil them until tender.
- Drain. When cool mash with a fork and mix with yogurt.
- Mince the garlic as small as possible, and mix in with the squash and yogurt.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with olive oil and parsley. Enjoy!
