Broccolied Beef

  1. Start by starting to boil the rice so that once everything is done the rice is cooked.
  2. Marinate beef in soy sauce, white wine and salt.
  3. Let it marinate for 1 hour if you want you can leave it for longer.

  5. Place oil in wok and heat to high.
  6. Once the wok is very hot quickly stir-fry beef.
  7. in it, no more than 3 minutes.
  8. Place the beef on a spare plate.
  9. Add broccoli to wok, 1/2 cup water and the sugar.
  10. Turn burner to medium heat, cover broccoli; cook 6 minutes.
  11. Lift the cover of the wok and stir the broccoli fairly often.
  12. At the end of 6 minutes, the broccoli should just be cooked through, if it isn't, cook a minute or two more.
  13. Add beef back to broccoli, stir everything together.
  14. Place the rice on the presentation plate then place the broccolied beef on top.
