Broccoli with Creamy Lemon sauce

Very lemony, very good. Also good over whole cooked green beans.

Ingredients

• 2  tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
• 4 1⁄2 teaspoons low-fat sour cream
• 1  tablespoon  fat free skim milk (I use 2%)
• 2  teaspoons lemon juice
• 1  teaspoon lemon, zest of
• 1 1⁄4 cups  cooked hot broccoli florets

Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients except the broccoli in the top of a double boiler, Cook over simmering water 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring constantly.
2. Serve over hot cooked broccoli.
3. This is also very good over hot cooked green beans.
