  1. Saute onions, celery, and broccoli in butter.
  2. Mix with soups diluted with milk, cooked rice, and 2/3 of grated cheese.
  3. Turn into buttered 9 x 13 inch or 2 quart casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
