Broccoli Slaw ( Low Fat Version )

Ingredients
- 8 ounces broccoli slaw mix
- 1 granny smith apple
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup light sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup 2% low-fat milk
- 1 pinch celery seed
- 1 pinch pepper
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1⁄4 cup dried cranberries
- 1⁄4 cup walnuts
Directions
- Whisk milk, mayo, sour cream, agave syrup, vinegar, lemon, deli mustard, celery seed, pepper and onion flakes until creamy.
- Chop walnuts & cranberries.
- Peel and cut Granny Smith apple in strips to resemble the slaw mix.
- Incorporate all ingredients in a bowl until veggies, nuts and fruit are covered with the slaw dressing.
