Broccoli Protein Soup

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups of chopped broccoli
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup fat free chicken broth
- 1⁄2 cup grated fat free cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
- 2 cups skim milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 dash pepper
- 3 scoops designer protein powder (natural flavor)
Directions
- Boil vegetables and broth in large saucepan. Reduce heat.
- and cover until tender (about 10 minutes). Add milk, pepper and cornstarch. Stir until soup thickens.
- Remove from heat and add cheese, stirring until melted. Cool, then add Designer Protein.
